Dear Sir,
We had submitted all the purchase bills along with the booking receipt and letter to your office for the Packet no 114833481 as being asked for repayment of the lost packet. But you people have forgotten to reply. My man from office had been there n number of times, but is told by some lady that she will send refund by courier.
Sir when can i expect the reply if not then return my documents at the earliest.

I hope to get some reply from you. Mr Aggarwal you have this organisation based on trust and u r loosing it. You are winning as customers are not united.
