It's ridiculous and not at all acceptable. I had to send the recipient to the franchise centre to get the tickets collected even after 6 days. My vendor might have missed the train, I would have sued the DTDC. Why the he'll I paid premium money for next business day delivery. Does your business day start after a week ??? I am frustrated calling the customer care of DTDC for my courier which I sent on 29th Mar'2015 from Delhi to Noida.
Customer care gave me contact number for noida center, they gave Noida headoffice number and people from headoffice gave me delhi office number.
I am calling on these numbers regularly for my courier but nobody able to track my courier. The status is still out for delivery.
I have very important papers in that courier - some certificates.
Could anyone tell me where my courier is and how will I get this back.
I have never seen such a pathetic service from any courier company. This is such a irresponsible attitute and 0% customer service. Nobody even bothered and ever tried to find the courier after the complain.
Now the Delhi center is saying your courier is lost. I mean how could it be possible. I need my courier back at any cost.

One of the WORST courier service I have ever seen. My parcel from Mumbai to Mangalore has been not delivered and its been more than a month now. While enquired there has been no response right from Regional office till agent. The agent was another useless guy who dint have basic manner to talk properly.

last time, i was send a courier gurgaon to banglore Docket no Z65041992. date 30/9/2015.
courier is yet to get party and DTDC FDM said me your courier has been missed. when i contact to dtdc FDm then DTDC FDM reply to me i can't do.
We have been trying to get our package for the past 2 days. K82644454. There is absolutely no response and no courtsey. The lady at the reception desk is not only picking my call but she even switched off gee phone. She was suppose to tell me where the package is? DTDC has to be the worst ever courier service provider in the world.
Worst service from DTDC....They haven't delivered a consignment even today after talking to them hundred times for last two days. They are not in the position to tell anything clearly.

Surprisingly the packet did not reach to her even on 14th Nov (EDD was 11th Nov). going by all possible ways (only sending mail was a way as no number is functional for Varanasi office) I came to know that order is there at Vanarasi (lahartara Baulia Branch Mobile no 9415619672. I spoke to this number but that person is very rude and disconnected the call. Now number is switched off and still waiting for package. This is height of bad management and seen first time with any courier company. I am hopeless with you DTDC.

Deliver from delhi to lucknow failed and instead of contacting me the DTDC delivery boy has returned the package back very irritating service. I see in very near future customers start avoiding DTDC as a courier company to rely on their services. It is sad that a company like DTDC which was most regarded as courier company is moving to a RIP stage because of it's irresposible employees and careless attitude of management towards it's customers.
My name is Sandeep Ramachandran and I live in Ernakulam. Sadly this is my third or fourth experience where something send to me is lying at a collection centre without any intend of delivery. Current experience is with tracking no R20907772. When you check the status it says 'attempted' which is completely rubbish. Packet is lying at their Ernakulam centre from Thursday 10th March 16 and today 12th Mar 16 there is still no intend of delivery. Unfortunately this is my consistent experience where DTDC rely on dishonest style of working and there is no way that a customer can complaint on their plight since no one picks the phone any where and no one seems to be accountable including the management who is running this business.
So typically when an organization moves in this direction with disrespect & disregard to it's customers , dishonesty in doing business & no intent of improvement , that business moves to the death trap. Probably management may have accumulated so much wealth from this business in the past and they are no more interested in this anymore.
I just want to say ' Rest in Peace DTDC ' , sorry you have been disowned by your employees first then by your management and by the customers now. Still you can be happy since your customers were much more sincere to you than your employees and management. Sad , there will be a day very soon where management students will take you as a specimen of sudy for understanding how a well reputed organisation got closed due to it's employees and management's attitude to it's customers. Heard about great organizations getting murdered due to competition, however you will hardly hear they sucide. In the case of DTDC it is more suicidal with their attitude.
I booked a envelope from Pune on 21st March to deliver in Delhi. CN No. P36166446 Till date no one in DTDC know the status or where is the cover. Today is 31st March. I have spent such a lot of money on the phones and msgs. but no one answers. None of the tables in website related to Customer Service, Feedback, Complaint work and the cost is too high.

I was expecting a consignment for DTDC. When delivery man came to deliver my consignment, my room was locked. So consignment had returned to DTDC office. A call came from DTDC office to me and he said your consignment has been returned due to door lock. When I went to DTDC office next day to get my courier from DTDC office they told me your consignment has been returned back. I couldn't understand DTDC is one of the reputed courier service, how can they so irresponsible that any consignment return back in one day without revisit the consignment address again.

I think DTDC should get banned. Its monopoly has made a bad service. A Highly important Package courier (ID: Z00121395) was delivered to unknown place and when Im writing to customer care, there no response. Highly unprofessional, unethical, and unresponsible people. Indian Post is apparently best, atleast they deliver you.

With utmost grief I would like to mention here that I have sent a Consignment No. V32371206 containing one Mobile Set ( One plus Three ) , through your Courier Service at Dhatkidih, Kadma, Jamshedpur Branch on dated 3rd Nov 2016 for the Destination of Bangalore.The total cost of the consignment was 28900 Rs and the item was sent through express service with proper insurance cover worth 938 Rs. On 5th November 2016, the consignment has reached to Bangalore Air hub but later on the status is not yet updated.The local representatives of Jamshedpur office has responded that in case when "Item is declared as Lost " and intimated from Bangalore office , then they can proceed for submitting the Claim.Till now DTDC Bangalore office is not responding even after several followup from Last week.

after 15 days of consignment booking I received the call from DTDC customer care saying that your consignment has been lost and won't be delivered and will refund your money. I don't want money, that consignment was important for me. I want it to be delivered to Mentioned destination at the earliest. Such a poor service is never ever expected from DTDC.

In reference to my consignment ID Z03112925 I would like to inform you that it has not been delivered since last four days to the respective place. When tracked it's saying receiver not available. When I called the customer care they gave me a number of your staff (09849429885) to get in touch for the status of my consignment which was suppose to be delivered in Hyderabad India.
Now if this guy is your staff I seriously doubt the quality of DTDC. First of all, he disconnected my phone almost 10 times. Then finally when he picked the call he started shouting yelling at me that why m I calling him and I should call the customer care and not to forget with an extremely rude tone. When I told him my track ID he disconnected the phone saying SMS me.
Point to be noted here that I am your customer and I payed for the service. For sure I havn't paid to hear such rude, irresponsible and disrespectful replies.
This is a serious matter of customer trust and a sense of responsibility which your delivery people do not have at all.
Needless to say kindly return my consignment back as I do not want any further communication with you guys.

Dear DTDC Team, very disappointed with your service. I had booked material for Dewas, M.P. wide Air Cargo service DTDC docket no. D30158089 on 19.12.2016 for Dewas and still the material is not reached till today 26.12.2016. My entire team is sitting idle without the material.. Please look into the same and make material available at site. No response from DTDC Indore and the DTDC Mumbai branches.
I think full form of DTDC is DISGUSTING TERRIFYING DEAD COURIER Service. These guys have no idea how much pain they are giving to their customers. Sometimes they deliver your shipment to someone else and other times they will not at all deliver it saying recipient was not available. If you call customer service number it is just another way to make a fool out of you. I also faced the same issue and out of utmost anger I wrote an email to PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER OF PRESIDENT OF INDIA @ ksamresh.nbt@nic.in and within 4 hours I received call from DTDC DELHI office From number +911142418263 telling me that my courier will reach me in an hour. I am not sure if this was because of the email I wrote to president of India but finally I got my courier Alhamdulillah.

It is very disappointing after multiple follow up with the team at Patna customer service number they returned my courier. From last 2 days me and my brother in law is doing follow up and updated all the required information but they didn't deliver. The girl who is there in the custom service talking rudely and asking to collect from Delhi Okhla. It is so easy for her to tell because this belonging doesn't belong to her. After many months I got this from my university.
I have record with me. How many times I called to check the status and updated the address with phone number because it was undelivered due to this only.

I think DTDC is courier company without any leader, not a single person is taking any sort of liability. I had booked two parcel from Jodhpur and some how manage to pick one parcel from dtdc Vijaywada but second parcel is still untraceable and no one is replying to my mail or call.

Such a pathetic third class services DTDC is....booking facilitator ( Jai Durga Studio ) is itself not able to trace the consignment nor the customer service personnel...
what the hell DTDC is upto ?? customer harassement...if you can not handle a small packet how the hell you guys deliver bigger ones....

Third class service. Consignment D 58269235 booked on 09.05.2020 from Muradnagar Gaziabad for Bharatpur but they showed booking from Gaziabad on 11.05.2020. Next day it reached Jaipur at 13.56 hrs and after 53 hrs it is still at Jaipur. I made complaint as well a number of calls to customer care, no satisfactory answer as how much more time it will take. I will never recommend DTDC.
My consignment bearing Tracking No. D73438900 (Ref. No. 121269246282) was received by DTDC from the vendor in Mumbai for shipment to Muzaffarpur on May 28, 2020. Update was given by DTDC on June 01, 2010. It was processed for shipment on June 02, 2020.. The next update was given on June 11, 2020. Since then there is no update. The consignment was received in Patna after 15 days and it has not reached Muzaffarpur till date.
What sort of service DTDC is providing? Even the customer care Numbers do not respond. Ths is fking horrible to note that a consignment from Mumbai to Muzaffarpur has not been delivered even after 15 days!
What you people are upto? Flipkart and Amazon take maximum 4 to 5 days to deliver from Mumbai and you could not do it even in 15 days.

The worst service I am facing with DTDC, my docket Id is D87991436, the courier person is holding my deliverables since two days, and even after telephonic conversation just ensuring to deliver and in the end of the day not picking up the calls and updating false status that address is incomplete, also insisting me to collect, why you charge a lot of you want customer to come to your place, I am suffering from finantial losses because of this pathetic courier company DTDC, I will go for a legal action after this with all recorded proof of conversation and their false address updation status. Also raise complaint but no proper action has been taken.
